1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity, "User", "You") and KafaVerify ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the kafaverify.com website, application suite, and related software-as-a-service assessment products (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, submitting an assessment, or purchasing a subscription plan, you agree to comply with and be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of SaaS Services

KafaVerify provides an online recruitment intelligence platform enabling businesses and recruiters to create technical assessments, administer coding challenges in 18+ programming languages (via standard STDIN/STDOUT execution), monitor test session integrity through proctoring guards (including webcam verification and tab-switch monitoring), and evaluate candidate proficiency scorecards.

Digital Fulfillment: The Services are entirely digital and cloud-hosted. Access to recruiter workspace dashboards, test generation credits, and assessment URLs is granted immediately upon successful completion of user registration and payment validation.

3. User Accounts & Security

To access the full recruiter portal, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete corporate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Subscription Billing, Pricing & Payments

KafaVerify offers subscription plans billed on a recurring monthly or quarterly basis in United States Dollars (USD), as clearly specified on our Pricing page.

• Billing Merchant: Payment processing and merchant-of-record services for KafaVerify subscriptions are facilitated securely through Dodo Payments and its regulated banking and card network partners.
• Recurring Billing: By selecting a recurring plan, you authorize Dodo Payments to charge your designated payment method on the recurring renewal date until you cancel your subscription.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as authorized digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
• Price Changes: Any modifications to our subscription fees will be communicated to you at least 30 days prior to taking effect.

5. Cancellation & Refund Rights

You maintain the right to cancel your subscription at any time directly through your recruiter account settings under Settings → Billing, or by emailing billing@kafaverify.com.

We provide a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial subscription purchases on Starter and Pro tiers. All refund requests are governed by our formal Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable Use & Code Sandbox Safeguards

You agree not to misuse the Services or attempt to breach platform security. Specifically, you may not:

• Execute malicious scripts, worms, virus payloads, or unauthorized network scans inside the candidate code execution sandbox.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the assessment compiler engines.
• Use the platform to collect candidate biometric or personally identifiable information without lawful basis or candidate disclosure.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute assessment content without explicit enterprise licensing authorization.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary algorithms, question library items, user interface components, trademarks, and logos (including the KafaVerify name and K-Shield emblem) are the exclusive intellectual property of KafaVerify. Custom questions and recruiter-authored challenges created specifically by your organization remain your confidential property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KafaVerify and its payment partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services, hiring decisions made based on test results, or service interruptions.

9. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at any time. When revisions are posted, the "Last Revised" date at the top of this document will be updated. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
