1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally as an individual candidate or on behalf of an employer organization, "User", "You") and KafaVerify ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the kafaverify.com website, employer-branded subdomains (e.g. {company}.kafaverify.com), public job directories, and related software-as-a-service recruitment products (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, submitting a job application, creating an assessment, or purchasing a subscription plan, you agree to comply with and be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of SaaS Services & Job Distribution Portals

KafaVerify provides a comprehensive talent intelligence and hiring ecosystem comprising:

• Automated Skills Assessments: Technical coding challenges executed in isolated STDIN/STDOUT compiler sandboxes across 18+ programming languages, automated grading engines, and candidate integrity proctoring tools.
• Employer-Branded Careers Portals: Isolated company subdomains and custom domains providing white-labeled careers pages, in-situ candidate authentication, and multi-lingual job openings.
• Public Job Directory & Syndication: A centralized public job board (kafaverify.com/jobs) connecting candidates with verified employers, complete with structured Schema.org JSON-LD syndication to Google for Jobs and universal XML/RSS feeds.
• Candidate Profiles & Applications Hub: Secure candidate identity management enabling candidates to maintain their verified profile and track applications across multiple participating employers.

3. Employer Responsibilities & Job Postings

Employers and recruiters publishing job openings through KafaVerify agree to the following standards:

• Accuracy & Legality: You warrant that all job titles, duties, salary disclosures, and requirements posted on your portal are accurate, legitimate, and comply with all applicable employment, labor, and anti-discrimination laws.
• Distribution Options: Employers retain full control over whether an opening is published to the KafaVerify Public Job Board (public reach) or restricted exclusively to their private company subdomain.
• Candidate Data Ownership: Employers may only utilize received candidate application data and assessment scorecards for bona fide hiring evaluations. Re-selling, sharing, or scraping candidate data for unauthorized marketing is strictly prohibited.

4. Candidate Terms & Assessment Integrity

Candidates submitting applications or participating in screening assessments agree to:

• Truthful Information: Provide accurate contact details, identity documentation, Telegram contact numbers, and work history. Uploaded resumes, portfolios, certifications, and license scans must belong legitimately to the applicant and be free of malicious content or deceptive materials. Providing counterfeit credentials or impersonating another candidate is grounds for immediate profile disqualification.
• Independent Assessment Work: Complete all skills assessments, coding challenges, and tests independently without unauthorized third-party collaboration, bot automation, or generative AI cheating tools unless explicitly permitted by the testing employer.
• Centralized Account Usage: Your candidate credentials enable you to view past applications and pre-fill details for future job openings across the KafaVerify network. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session tokens and credentials.

5. Subscription Billing, Pricing & Payments

KafaVerify offers subscription plans billed on a recurring monthly or quarterly basis in United States Dollars (USD), as clearly specified on our Pricing page.

• Billing Merchant: Payment processing and merchant-of-record services for KafaVerify subscriptions are facilitated securely through regulated payment gateways (Paddle / Dodo Payments) and their banking partners.
• Recurring Billing: By selecting a recurring plan, you authorize the payment processor to charge your designated payment method on the recurring renewal date until you cancel your subscription.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as authorized digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
• Price Changes: Any modifications to our subscription fees will be communicated to you at least 30 days prior to taking effect.

6. Cancellation & Refund Rights

You maintain the right to cancel your subscription at any time directly through your recruiter account settings under Settings → Billing, or by emailing billing@kafaverify.com.

We provide a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial subscription purchases on Starter and Pro tiers. All refund requests are governed by our formal Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Acceptable Use & Code Sandbox Safeguards

You agree not to misuse the Services or attempt to breach platform security. Specifically, you may not:

• Execute malicious scripts, worms, virus payloads, or unauthorized network scans inside the candidate code execution sandbox.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the assessment compiler engines.
• Use the platform to collect candidate biometric or personally identifiable information without lawful basis or candidate disclosure.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute assessment content without explicit enterprise licensing authorization.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary algorithms, question library items, user interface components, trademarks, and logos (including the KafaVerify name and K-Shield emblem) are the exclusive intellectual property of KafaVerify. Custom questions and recruiter-authored challenges created specifically by your organization remain your confidential property.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KafaVerify and its payment partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services, hiring decisions made based on test results, or service interruptions.

10. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at any time. When revisions are posted, the "Last Revised" date at the top of this document will be updated. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
